Here is a fantastic article from John Hollinger of ESPN.com, with a statistical analysis predicting success of prospects in the NBA Draft. I will guarantee you every NBA GM reads this article whether they agree or not. Bottom line, no formula for predicting success of draftees is exact, but this comes just as close as anything I have ever seen.
There is some more good news from this article too. Hollinger predicts very good results for Eastern Washington guard Rodney Stuckey, who is most closely associated in mock drafts with the Pistons at #15. Hopefully he will still be there at #15, the Pistons need him in the worst way.
